Our selection of Qualifications
Emergency Medical Technician ($xxx)
An EMT, or Emergency Medical Technician, is a trained emergency responder who provides immediate medical care during urgent situations.
They are often working in coordination with a Paramedic, another medical qualification.
The EMT drives the ambulance.
Paramedic ($xxx)
A Paramedic is a strongly trained emergency responder who provides immediate medical care during urgent situations.
They are often working in coordination with an EMT, a weaker medical qualification.
The Paramedic drives the ambulance only in certain situations.
Engineer ($xxx)
The Engineer is a trained role responsible for maintaining and operating heavy emergency vehicles and equipment. They ensure all machinery is safe, functional, and ready for use during incidents. Engineers often handle repairs, inspections, and mechanical support on scene or at the station.
Chauffeur ($xxx)
Chauffeur is a qualified driver responsible for operating lighter emergency vehicles safely and efficiently. They respond to incidents, transport crews, and ensure rapid and controlled movement through traffic.
Dispatching ($xxx)
Dispatchers are the bridge between the MCoCD Dispatch and our units on scene, they help track information for the later incident report and to keep everything organized.
